The Vison by Dean R. Koontz – Read review – Has anyone else read anything by Dean Koontz? What other books of his would you recommend? I have a copy of The Face.

Universal Harvester John Darnielle – Read review – A subtle slow burn horror.

Avengers Endgame – Now I’m done with the MCU. This is a good conclusion with a lot of action. Not really the type of movies I like.

Everything Everywhere All at Once – This is more like it. I like my movies to be different, weird and out there. As much as I love seeing indie movies gain main steam attention, it not require.

Old – This movie has an interesting twist to it and it actually good if you give it a chance.

Black Phone – I like style and how it take place in the 70s. Also Stephen King’s son wrote the screenplay.

Nope – Another good horror movie that did something a little different with aliens.

The Skinwalker Ranch – An interesting documentary series. I have my rumbling theory that what going on in this place is similar to the phenomenal happening in the Bermuda Triangle.

From the Haunted Archive – In case you don’t know I started a second blog where I write about true crime and unexplained mysteries.

  1. The Nameless City Trilogy looks promising. I don’t read enough graphic novels.

I intend to watch Everything Everywhere All at Once. I’ve added it to my queue, but I haven’t gotten around to it yet. Maybe now, since Paris in July is almost over…

  2. I’ve read most of Koontz and prefer his older books. The newer ones seem more – ummmm philosophical, maybe? Lots of them have super smart dogs in them; he’s quite a dog lover. He wrote a nonfiction memoir of his golden Trixie when she died that is funny and sad and totally wonderful – A Big Little Life.
